Our parrots stay with us until they are adopted, and this means that sometimes our birds are with us for quite a while, and in some cases forever as a permanent resident of the rescue flock. You can become a sponsor to one of our parrots through our sponsorship program.
Your financial support is critical to help us provide the absolute best care for the parrots that reside at our rescue.
Your monthly sponsorship will help to provide for the short and long-term needs of our flock, including:
Daily hands-on care & interaction
Bird-to-Bird social interaction
Daily support to special-needs birds
Nutritious, well balanced diets include fresh greens, vegetables, fruit, legumes, grains, nuts, seeds, Lafeber Nutriberries, Hagens Tropimix, Bird Street Bistro and Zupreem Fruitblend Pellets.
Indoor & Outdoor habitats with enriched environments and foraging opportunities
Medical services provided by our avian veterinarian, Dr. Todd Driggers of Avian and Exotic Animal Clinic of Arizona in Mesa, AZ
To sponsor a bird, click on the menu and make your selection. Or, you can sponsor one of our funds for Medical Expenses, Treats, or Toys. We do ask for a six month commitment for sponsorship, but you can cancel at any time. If you'd like to make a one time donation, please use the one time donate button.
We do not receive any State or Federal funding, or any special grants. We rely 100% on funding from our supporters through donations and sponsorships. Your sponsorship will make a significant difference in the life of a bird here at Ginger's Parrot Rescue. We have NO paid employees, so all the funds go directly to support the birds and not paychecks. We are an all volunteer staff!
